The Myth: Ron Paul is for legalizing homosexuality, sodomy, prostitution and other sexual perversions.
The Truth: Ron Paul is for allowing the STATES to choose for THEMSELVES what their laws will be--NOT the Federal government! This is based on the 10th Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Ron Paul also believes that these particular issues are religious issues, and should be dealt with on that level- through the churches and local levels, rather than more laws, regulations, or Constitutional amendments.
